   When we arrived at our 11am Easter Brunch reservation, the bartender told us that they were not on Open Table and that we could not be seated until 11:30, since they were changing shift from 11-11:30. when I asked again about Open Table, she said that they were so busy that they hadn't looked at the reservations today. I had booked it on Wednesday. The restaurant looked very cute and unique on Open Table for brunch, but when we arrived, it was just the main breakfast/lunch area around the bar of the hotel. The service was pleasant enough, and the food was decent, but it was a very disappointing experience.

   Our waitress Ann was amazing, we loved the story of the bananas foster and she was so friendly and helpful. You have a star in her! The food was excellent, we really enjoyed a nice quieter meal away from the conference we all had been attending.

   We were never able to use our reservation - we waited at the host stand for over 15 minutes and were never greeted. When the person waiting in front of us asked the bartender for help she said “we are on a wait”…in looking around roughly 1/2 the tables were empty.

   We popped in for Christmas brunch at the last minute and found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The food was also amazing, and we loved the ambiance. We will definitely dine here again!

   It was fine. The beignets were good. The rest of the food was slightly above average. I had higher expectations.

   Reservation for 5 for a business lunch. Sat with only water for 30 minutes, and then was told there was a hold on sending any more food orders to the kitchen. They were very busy with a convention right down the street, and the manager obviously dropped the ball with scheduling enough people. I felt bad for the people working, they were trying their best and were visibly overwhelmed and overworked. 2nd reservation of the day by the way. Breakfast of 7 was fine, but took way too long to get our food - again clearly understaffed.

    Service was very poor; also, it’s very strange that this restaurant stops serving “brunch” at 11am.
