    Sadly not a great experience at Eataly Sherway Gardens. On the day of our visit the restaurant had ‘run’ out of bread and so there were no focaccia or bread options available to us as appetizers. Very poor planning on the part of the restaurant staff. It really is not acceptable to run out of every bread option at a restaurant of this calibre. There were also no lemons available for our drinks either. With so many great choices available, we will think carefully about returning here.

    Konstantin is the best bartender and server. He is attentive and ensures we always have a great time. Eataly is my favorite west end restaurant- homemade pizzas and pasta and a super wine selection always make for a great dinner.

    Have been coming to Sherway location for past year. We always come for the calamari, pasta and pizza and today at 3:30 pm they ran out of calamari. Very disappointing. Also ran out of hot oil for the pizza. Overall not very happy about that but the food we had was delicious. Minus what was missing it’s a nice place. They need to ensure things like that dont happen. Diners will move on to another place as there are many good restaurants in the city.

    Most of the food was great, especially the calamari and burrcetta. However we order two seafood linguini which was great last time we tried it, this time one order was too spicy, and the order was too salty. We informed the server and she responded great by taking it to the chefs to try which they did agree it was a bit over salted. Otherwise we enjoyed our time in Eataly.

    My friend and I had a wonderful lunch at Eataly today! Our server David L. was wonderful! He was attentive, witty, and respectful! Food arrived to our table quickly and hot! It was fantastic! We will be back!
