    Terrible. The whole expierence from start to finish was dissapointing, not what i expected. Pasta was gummy, pizza wet, service poor. Severly understaffed. Dont waste your $

    This is my 2nd time at Eataly Short Hills. The food was excellent. But people around us complained about the slow or bad service which was the same as our last visit there. I mentioned this to our server and he was sure to be attentive. The restaurant was no where near full so I have no idea why there is a problem with the service, but I would work on fixing that because people said they would never come back.

    The food quality was as expected, consistent with the NY location. Love it and would be my favorite spot if I can reserve in advance.

    You can tell they just opened. Very disorganized . Never got half our food orders. Had to ask for plates. Manager did apologize.

    Disappointing. Overprice for the atmosphere. Food was just okay. Pizza was under cooked. Restaurant needs to consider that its not a fine dining restaurant for the prices charged for wine by the glass.

    Food was horrendous. Butternut squash ravioli with no squash in it. Pizza came out cold and salad has a big glob of dressing in the middle. They offered us a “free” dessert but they were out of dessert. Hope they can improve with more selections but this is basically just a pasta and pizza joint with alcohol.

    We had the Focaccia Rosa served w/EVOO and Sea Salt, delicious. Our main dishes were the Linguine Allo Scoglio and Taliatelle Alla Bolognese. Both delicious
