Edan is quietly becoming the best Spanish novel cuisine alternative in Miami. Aitor will soon be getting a ⭐️ here - sooner rather than later if he upgrades servers which is probably the only inconsistency I have occasionally found. Food is awesome, carefully curated wine list and the best basque cheese cake this sie of the ocean. Aupa!

Among Miami’s restaurants, consistency is always the most important factor. Edan delivers with its simple yet very flavorful menu. Plus, the chef personally takes care of you, showing a clear preference for prioritizing the dining experience over packing the place with tables. This is the third time we’ve enjoyed the scallop tartare, and it keeps getting better. The mushroom croquettes are perfect, and the branzino with sunchokes is outstanding. But of course, the cheesecake is the superstar to wrap up the meal—so good that a second slice might be a must. There’s also an excellent selection of Spanish wines. A great spot in North Miami with easy access, perfect for a relaxing, worry-free visit to linger and enjoy.

Edan bistro is just another level compared to most of the overrated restaurants in Miami. The food is incredible, the place is cool and relaxing. Aitor does a tremendous work creating innovative dishes and curate the quality of the product. Everything is 10/10

Outstanding food. We tried the tasting menu and it was outstanding. Also the ribeye and cannot miss the outstanding cheesecake. Best cheesecake we have ever tasted. We’ll be back time and time again. Service also great.

The scallop appetizer was very good. The duck with mustard flavored radishes was outstanding. The branzino was very good, but sauce was a bit bland. The verdejo wine was delicious. Wish they had a starch on the menu. Our waitress was very good, and nice. The restaurant is cute, but the lighting needs to be improved, it's a bit yellowish. Would definitely come back and try more things. Saw some great looking appetizers go by.

First, I just want to say something good and that is that everybody in your restaurant the workers were very nice. But we had such a bad experience starting with the sangria the red sangria that was awful and waiting exactly 1 hour to get some lamb chops. We found out later that the chef lost the ticket And everything was on the house. But they were too rare for us and we had already sat there for an hour, so we did not want to send them back. We just plopped down a $10 bill for a tip walked out and went to another restaurant.
