    The ambiance was nice. Service was not the best. Food was good but took a really long time. Drinks were not the greatest. It’s sad as this restaurant is attached to this beautiful modern hotel and the restaurant just does not measure up. We tried ordering a pizza to go for our children who were in our hotel room while we were on a date and eating at Edwin. First they couldn’t make the pizza as they were out of to go boxes then it became a “we can make it work.” Well guess what…the ticket got lost end after 2hrs being at the restaurant with not the best service I was ready to go. Before we knew of the mess up with the pizza the manager had stopped by. I wish I could have spoken to her after all of this. We got our check and left. The drinks at the bar outside the restaurant were so much better! How do you mess up a martini!?

    We had reservations for New Years Eve, were seated right away and then we sat there for 20 minutes without a server stopping by and taking our order. This is unacceptable! We got up and left.

    The food was incredibly over priced. And the children’s menu did not include healthy options. For a party of 5, with sub par food, the bill was over $600 and valet parking for 1.5 hours was another $125. For those prices, the food should be spectacular.

    Our server was awesome! But all of our food came out cold, and the steak was significantly undercook. The pizza was fine, but overall underwhelming at best.

    Lovely vibe and menu, although simple, looked promising, but after waiting 45 minutes for our drinks and another 20 for bread, I now understand why they had so many open tables.

    Great food. Pretty slow service. They’ve been open for a month and the place was half empty. When they try to serve you a third beer before your dinner arrives, the kitchen needs to increase their speed.

    Beautiful restaurant in a modern new hotel in Breckinridge. We had the Delmonico steak, trout and pizza. We will be back.

    Edwin is a new, gorgeous restaurant. The food was amazing! Big portions for elevated mountain fine dining. The Stella Blue pizza was so good and went perfect with a glass of pinot. The space is beautiful and cozy. Cannot wait to come back. The staff went above and beyond to make the kids happy and accommodate my husband’s dairy allergy.

    Food is delightful, menu is well executed and a great interpretation on regional cuisine. The chili and butternut squash is to die for. Don't forget the Butcher's Cut with bacon Brussels hash or the mushroom cassoulet! They have a delightful vegan flourless chocolate cake and an amazing tarte de alpes. The wine shines bright with lots of BTG offering and adventurous selection. Get the chenin Blanc or opt for a curated option from their bottle list. Service was impeccable.

    Hi Robert, thank you so much for joining us for dinner. It was a pleasure having you. So far the Butcher's Cut has certainly been a hit as well as our Vegan offerings on the menu. The Blue Hubbard Butternut Squash is to die for and absolutely one of my favorites.
