   Good food. The wings were hot and the burrito filling. We were the only people in there at 3pm but it still had a great ambience. The Chihuahua bar downstairs looked fab…will have to become a member!

   The food was good and arrived quickly. We ate a selection of different flavoured tacos and tostadas and particularly enjoyed the tuna tostada.

   I made a reservation for 8 people to celebrate my friend’s birthday, expecting a smooth and enjoyable evening. While the food and drinks were great, the experience was completely ruined by the poor customer service. When we arrived, we were seated at a table meant for 4 people—obviously too small for our group. When we asked to be moved, the woman in charge informed us that they had mistakenly given our table to someone else and refused to accommodate us. She claimed it was my fault because the website “doesn’t allow reservations for more than 4 people” (which is untrue, as I clearly booked for 8). Her attitude was shockingly rude and arrogant. She insisted that we brought more people than allowed, even though only 7 of us showed up. She also stated she couldn’t move tables because “we’re not the only people in the restaurant.” At that point, there were only 3 tables occupied, and within 30 minutes and to the end of the night, only one other table remained. This was supposed to be a special occasion, but her dismissive attitude and lack of problem-solving skills made it a stressful and disappointing experience. Despite the good food, I will not be returning. This restaurant seriously needs to train its staff on customer service and handling reservations properly.

   The service was very good - the staff were very helpful and attentive so no fault to them. The food and the ambience in the restaurant was very underwhelming, me and a friend went during what should’ve been prime time(Saturday dinner) and were quite disappointed. We order the guacamole and chips to start which we very surprised to come under seasoned (especially for a Mexican restaurant) we had gotten the chicken tacos which in all honesty were quite bland - though the nachos were good overall. I wouldn’t recommend going unfortunately- but for its price it’s a decent stop.

   Loved this place. Brilliant service, food was delicious- vibrant and depth of flavour. Fun cocktails. Great value for Soho.
