   The food was lovely however when we arrived for our booking we were told there would be a half an hour wait . It was 1.5 hours with young children . They were also doing take away which I think added to the wait time . New restaurant and fit out lovely , but if you except restaurant booking perhaps not do takeaway . The wait really killed our dining experience

   Long waits for food . Left kids starving waiting for a hour and a half for food . Think they would be better off concentrating on patrons in the restaurant rather than the line of takeaways

   We have been coming to El Capitano for many years, I'm sorry to say this will be the last. It has not only lost its charm by moving premises. Family friendliness has diminished (no plates, cutlery or water glasses for kids, and I don’t mean plastic ones…just none). We had to ask for everything. Water, kids colours, ask to order. The tables are not big enough for pizzas the staff were miserable, this kids meal was very expensive and sadly the once loved pizzas and chilli oil were bland. Such a shame

   Had to wait to be seated, asked by the manager when seated for sparkling water, it never came, neither did any service really for the time there.

   Too busy. Poor table service and inattentive waitstaff. Food order taken with first drink order. Needed to calm staff multiple times to attend to basic things.. cutlery/plate… water.
