El Novillo Restaurant is a family owned and operated Latin American (Nicaraguan) Steakhouse, that has been operating its multiple locations in South Florida since the 1980s. We specialize in serving, Churrascos, cut from lean tenderloins that are grilled and marinated in our homemade fresh
Chimichurri sauce.
We also serve 100% all-natural chicken breast, shrimp, fish, pork, and various other selections. Appetizers include fried cheese, refried beans, small meat tacos with sour cream, and more.
Finish your meal with our traditional Tres Leches& sponge cake, Carmel Flan, or Pio-Quinto rum sponge cake.

It was a terrible experience. We had reservation for a party of 10 . When we got there we complained of a very loud music. The manager came and gave us a very vague answer. Then we asked the waiter that we wanted separate bills for 5 couples. He said that that wasn’t possible because it was the policy of the house to only accept 3 credit cards. We asked to speak with the manager . He came and rudely stated that that was their policy and period . At that point , we decided to leave the facility . Terrible experience . Never again.

This is the absolute best restaurant on the planet and hence the universe. If I win the lotto I will buy it solely to make it exist in perpetuity as there is no equal to it in existence. I love this place.

The atmosphere was festive and lively. We could hear live music and many people enjoying their time together. The food was also delicious. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. Our waiter seemed to have too many tables to care for us adequately. It was hard to find him to ask for somthing a few times.

We ordered the churrasco and one chicken breast with white sauce. The food was excellent,as usual. The gallo pinto is to die for. Service was prompt and perfect even with a crowded restaurant and what appeared to be two huge Xmas parties. Louder than usual due to the party crowd but you could still conduct a conversation without yelling.
