   Yesterday I dined in for the Saturday breakfast and tried that Chilaquiles with Sunnyside eggs and I tried to bottomless mimosas for $14 that you also can have the bloody Mary 14, which is a steel was on point. The manager was friendly and very attentive and make sure we had everything we needed Restaurant is really nice and clean. I love the bathrooms that are sparkling, clean and smell good not like other restaurants

   Thanksgiving dinner- surprising delicious- we are long time patrons of ElTorito brunch buffet and this thanksgiving buffet did not disappoint- great time! Great food!

   We enjoyed our Thanksgiving buffet from traditional dinner to the great Mexican dishes. Food was excellent, service was 100% on it. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.

   I was blown away at how GOOD the food was for Thanksgiving; what the heck! This whole time our family could have been gathering here. Lol. I’m mildly mad I’m just discovering this dining experience now. Haha. Lastly, THE TURKEY WAS DEEP FRIED!!! 🤩👏👏👏👏

   Made a reservation to avoid problems like the previous time. Lady at the counter told us it would be a couple minutes. Time passed and one of us went to ask. Turns out they cancelled our reservation because according to her we opted out of the messages but never did I receive one let alone click any cancellation or “opted out”. Checking the app it weirdly said we were dinning. Which was impossible since we were outside being told that our reservation got passed on. She then went on to say she stepped out and called my name for the reservation when no one from my party heard let alone did anyone make a notion since there was many families waiting outside. I wouldn’t have made a big issue but this is the 2nd time and with the same lady present. The same excuse and always putting the blame on the customer. So what’s the purpose of this app? Or the host. The way she addressed my friend was also very unprofessional for a said manager. I don’t care for a discount or an apology. I would rather something be made out of this to prevent future inconveniences.

    The new manager is fabulous. He made sure we were well taken care for my Birthday. Food and service was excellent!
