   The Ham was not cooked properly, it was cold and we could not eat it. Also I did not enjoy the tamales , they do not taste good at all. The service was ok , employees were nice. We expected more for thanksgiving dinner and a gratitude percentage requirement.

   We went there for their Thanksgiving Buffet Experience, which included unlimited champagne. I loved that there was so much variety to choose from, besides their Thanksgiving carving station. Our server was on point with clearing our tables and refilling out drinks.

   The staff there is the best! I asked if I could change my reservation to an hour earlier, on the same day, and they could oblige. Luckily, it was closer to their opening, so it was doable. The service staff were so friendly, quick, and professional. The buffet was the best food ever. It was Thanksgiving, and they had traditional foods and our El Torito favorites! Our family was thrilled with the entire experience! Great Thanksgiving, thanks to El Torito!!

   Didn’t realize it was only brunch buffet so spent more money than expected. Mariachi singers were way too loud. Waiter was great and food was good-just too much

   First time at this location. I reserved using OpenTable and had not wait time for our table when we arrived. Server came within minutes to get our drink order and drop off the menus. The have Happy Hour specials until 9pm every night, but we decided to get something from the dinner menu. Food was very good and the portions where just right. Our server was very nice and the atmosphere was good. Not at all crowded. The only issue we had was parking, the restaurant shares the parking lot with a big strip mall that has other restaurants and shops so be mindful to get here with enough time to find parking or use their Valet service. We lucked out and found a parking spot on the street. Overall we had a very good experience here and will return when we need to get a nice date night spot to have dinner. Highly recommend El Torito- Sherman Oaks
