   We found this place on OpenTable and hadn't heard of it so we weren't sure what to expect, and we absolutely loved it! Wonderful food, and wonderful service. We'll definitely be back.

   What a memorable dining experience. From the moment we arrived at the establishment, we were met with a smile, kindness and incredibly attentive staff, all set within a visually delightful establishment. We had traveled from Bankstown because our 8 year olds were craving a steak and we are glad we made the drive in. The food was exquisite both in presentation and taste. The girls enjoyed devouring their steaks and ribs while sipping on delicious mocktails. What made this place an absolute standout was the service we received from the host upon arrival. He really went above and beyond to ensure the girls had a fabulous time, so thank you! As we were leaving, the girls made us promise we’d come back twice/ week. Not sure we’ll be able to pull that off but that shows you the impression that staff and experience made on them. Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

   Terrible experience in every way possible. The waiter did not greet us upon arrival. Instead, he informed us that our table had a time limit. They had no flexibility to prepare a dairy-free meal to complicate things further. I cannot consume anything with cow's milk. The only choice was a plain steak, lacking any dressing on the side, except for the tomato sauce I requested. My daughter's meal was so spicy she couldn't eat it, and it just sat on the table, so I shared my steak with her. Not once did they ask us why no one ate the steak. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We felt like we were just three people who came in to burden the waiter. I cook better food without an attitude at home in a much nicer setting as well! Horrible, worst place ever, and I don't recommend it or the awful food. Waste of time and money, that's for sure!

   Melt in your mouth steaks, perfectly cooked vegetables. Extensive cocktail list, shout out to the bartender who was flat chat most of the evening. The Biscoff cheesecake dessert is divine. Need to eat here every night for a week to try everything we wanted to.

   What an incredible find! We are visiting from QLD and randomly booked last minute. So glad we did. Service was impeccable, quick and attentive. Food, wow. The whole experience was impressive and delicious Hands down the best smoked meat I’ve had anywhere

    From our initial greeting we can fault the service. They were very busy but we had continued service from different members of the staff. The meal choices were great. The food tasted amazing and also had a great selection of cocktails. Can’t recommend element smokehouse and bar enough looking forward to the next time we come back.
