   I requested on my reservation a special attention to my wife since we were celebrating her birthday. I reminded them as soon as I arrived and they acknowledged, then I reminded the waitress and acknowledged, but in the end they never brought anything. Food was amazing, just that detail is what makes me not provide the 5 stars.

   It was my son birthday made an early evening reservation. We started off with a great waited but then ended with a horrible waitress. My sons ( the birthday boy ) pasta as bland no flavor no one can to check on us we asked a passing bus boy for salt in hopes to make it better but no luck. Iced teas were not refilled . We orders cocktails to celebrate never asked if we wanted another they bring a bottle of water to the table which we used but never brought another. We asked that one vodka pasta not be spicy they brought both spicy . Since no one ever came back to check on us this was my son’s birthday dinner . When they finally came back to bring the check and ask if we wanted another box for the uneaten food I said no my son didn’t like his pasta and she quickly took it away . Then wanted to bring the check and I said as per our reservation it’s my sons birthday can we order him a dessert she was like ok .

   Very disappointed about the service here. We visited this place because it was highly recommended and food was good, but waiters and who seemed like the manager were very rude with us. Service didn’t feel welcoming and made us feel uncomfortable when we stood up to take a photo of the view and the manager said he would call security to move us which seemed pretty rude and unnecessarily.

   Needed puffers to sit warmly. Noise level made shouting necessary for conversation. Request for 2 separate checks huffily dismissed. Lingering over drinks before ordering food prompted stern reminder we had a 2-hour limit at table. Food just ok. Sunset was terrific but we won’t be back

   Service seemed nonchalant to start, but was infuriating by the end. Waited quite a while for drinks and food, asked for the drink menu back to order another round while we waited, then my husband’s steak came but they sent the wrong dish for me. Server apologized, didn’t offer anything to make up for it, didn’t notice or ask to refill our empty drinks (despite us having just asked for the menu to order another drink?) and then never returned. Waited for my food with an empty wine glass, kitchen delivered it, ate it with an empty wine glass, busser eventually came and cleared everything and packed up leftovers and took my empty wine glass. No one ever asked if everything was okay or offered another drink. Server walked by several times before realizing we no longer had anything but leftovers on our table, dropped the bill and said “you did eventually get the dish you ordered right?” Unreal considering the $250 bill.

    全ての料理が美味しかった。 特にグリルチキンのソースは美味しかった。 量もちょうどよかったと思う。 また来たいと思わせるお店でした。
