   We are fans of Elephante and are regulars here. Today we had a really poor service experience. Out server completely ignored our table from the time that we were seated. Did not approach the table even once - we had to grab his attention to place our drinks orders then for the meal order and even to ask for our check. He did not check on us even once or ask if we wanted more drinks. The tables around us that he was serving were getting adequate attention and multiple visits. This was some kind of a racist dude who did not want to serve a brown skin table. Sad!

   The food was great when it finally arrived but the servers ignored us the entire time. 40 min in we finally got water. Over 1.5 hours before entrees came. Our food came before our drinks. We asked for table with a view as we had birthday reservations. Empty table with a view sat unoccupied while they sat us far away. Didn’t even offer dessert or mention our birthday we told them we were celebrating.

   Will dinr in cactus room bext time. Very loud. Seated at s low sofa table rather than proper dining table. Whipped eggplant, cacio e Pepe pizza, diver scallops snd tuna tartare all great.

   Ambiance and music was great, food was good as well. Service was okay, not sure if it was because of our terrible table placement in the back room near the entrance. They really should have planned the layout of this place better to avoid having so many tables being in bad locations. We walked into the main room when we were done and it was like a whole different restaurant. Overall would return but would definitely try to get a table in the main room.

    Shrimp was obliterated don’t recommend it but the rest of the food was amazing. Diver scallops were very good. The pasta and salads are great, arancini was on point, spinach was bland but cooked very well. Chocolate Torta is to die for
