Founded in 2016, Eliza Restaurant & Bar is a cozy contemporary Creole restaurant serving local Louisiana food. After many years spent working in the hospitality industry in New Orleans, Russell & Sally Davis set out to open a simple concept in the Baton Rouge market - a scratch kitchen featuring Creole classics using fresh and local ingredients - all served with an abundance of genuine Southern hospitality.

One of Baton Rouge’s best. Great place for New Orleans-influenced cuisine, both classics and innovative dishes. Terrific bar program as well.

Eliza was fantastic from start to finish. The cozy, elegant atmosphere made for a perfect setting, and the staff was warm and attentive. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with a menu full of tempting choices. I can’t wait to go back!”

I really enjoyed my Birthday dinner at Eliza’s. It was exactly the way I wanted it to be. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The waitress was Very Nice and Attentive to Me and My Husband. The food was very good and Our drinks were fixed to Our liking

We had the fried eggplant appetizer with the mozzarella and pecan pesto and we split the oyster bacon spinach salad, and we also split the filet tournedos entrée. Everything was perfect and delicious

Bring back chicken paillard!!! Clemenceau is ok, but paillard and chicken and rice was much better!
