   The food, as always, is superb. The menu is wonderful and each choice is better than the next! The salads are perfectly dressed and each dish is seasoned exactly as it should be. The chef takes each ingredient into account before seasoning the rest. I say this after eating the black pepper fettuccine. The pasta may taste slightly under seasoned but when you mix the pancetta and egg into the sauce it is divine! Perfect balance of flavors. This is a restaurant that we return to year after year and the quality, the service and the lovely staff never disappoints! That is a difficult claim to make in this ever changing restaurant environment.

   Ellina continues to be among the very best restaurants in Aspen. Jill and her outstanding staff continue to deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience. The food and the service are always top-notch, and Jill has curated a wine list that is second to none in Aspen. In a town known for its excellent restaurants, Ellina is a true stand out -- can't recommend it highly enough.

   Great food and the som is really helpful picking wine. And if you want to do some tourist watching of ladies in felt hats wearing Loro piano… this is the place. We had a great dinner

   This is our second time back and it is still as wonderful as we remembered. Guava sour made with whisky was really unique and delicious, the tuna tartar was very fresh and hreat flavors, the halibut was cooked well and had a great sauce and the bolognese was with spinach homemade pasta and was a hearty dish with perfect mix of meat, pasta and sauce. Ee celebrated a birthday and the creme carmel came with a candle and pretty sugar designed ornament and tasted so light and really flavorful.our waitress was very attentive and knew her menu. Overall wonderful night.

   Very nice experience at Ellina. We arrived a little early; seated promptly. Service by Martin was excellent. Whole fish sea bass was terrific as was the bolognese, although my preference is the large flat noodles rather than the twisted. Braised octopus appetizer was excellent. Extensive wine menu by the bottle, although could use a few more reasonably priced good red wine options. Overall, recommend for a very nice dinner in Aspen.

   Empty restaurant - would not accommodate any changes or substitution’s - limited menu - pasta over cooked and not tasty - can’t enjoy your time - need to order everything at the same time - overall I would not recommed

   You came on a slow night, one of the rare quiet nights of the season. We are always busy so we do make rules to help the kitchen and overall flow of the restaurant. We don't allow people to make their own dishes or change things too much, but small substations are usually able to be accommodated. The menu is not limited at all, we were out of ONE item out of 29 that night, due to a delivery error. Most people love our homemade pasta, we are known for it. I think we'll just keep doing what we do. Best of luck out there.

    This restaurant was so accomodating to our party and made the birthday of my friend very special. The food was hot and tasted great. But most importantly was the service! We changed our party size like three times and they were overly gracious and accommodating. Its a small space but it felt like a private dinner party and was cozy and warm. Our waitress was awesome and even though we were a party of 10, drinks and food came out very quickly. I would definitely eat here again!
