Great food and were pleased that we could order different options from the teppanyaki menus - we didn't all have to have the same thing. Food was amazing, excellent wine and sake selection. Some might find it expensive, but the quality of food and service was worth the money we paid. Definitely recommend Erato.

Wonderful experience and excellent customer service. The food was amazing and tasted like heaven would definitely recommend it a thousand times for anniversaries, birthdays and any milestones celebrations.

We had a brilliant evening celebrating our son’s 21st birthday with friends. The quality of the food was superb and the skill of our chef amazing. Service was excellent. An expensive meal, worth it for a special occasion. Only downside were the bathrooms; you have to catch a lift - a bit of guesswork as it is not obvious what floor they are on. Bathrooms felt and smelt like they were in an underground car park.

Probably I person short on floor Staff were excellent but a bit run off their feet Food was first class and our chef was very engaging and knowledgeable Will definitely go back and recommend to others

Been here 3x and took my partner here for the first time, he loved it! Excellent service as always, food and drinks were amazing. Best A5 wagyu! Will keep going back.

It was a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. We even made some new friends while sitting around the teppanyaki table. We ordered the classic set menu and decided to make it a special occasion by upgrading the chicken to Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef. It was a little bit pricey, but the quality of the beef was well worth the premium for a special occasion. We did specify that it was for a birthday celebration on our reservation, but unfortunately the staff seem to have skipped the note on our booking and did not make any acknowledgement. Other teppanyaki we have been to, have at the very least ended the show by writing the words "Happy birthday" on the teppan grill. It was just a little disappointing that this did not happen, and I am not sure why it even asked us if it was for a specific occasion when making our booking. Overall, it was a still a good night and we really enjoyed our food.

Amazing experience for my son’s 21st birthday.Our chef Sun was excellent.We had the classic menu but my son went for the premium menu.He said everything was the best he had ever tasted!
