A pioneer of food, wine and hospitality from Greece, Milos has a long-standing commitment to serving the freshest, most pristine seafood available. Founder and owner Costas Spiliadis offers a menu meant to encourage family-style dining and conversation at the table.

Milos at Hudson Yards features an open kitchen, private dining rooms, walls of glass overlooking the Hudson River, and a spectacular outdoor terrace. Milos' signature fish market showcases the daily catch, where guests can choose the fish they will dine on. Have been to Milo’s several times and always had a great experience. Only complaint this time was the octopus was a little chewy and the calamari was meh! We shared several appetisers and the crab cake was awesome and the zucchini was fab!

WENT FOR BUSINESS DINNER WITH A LARGE GROUP. SERVICE AND FOOD WERE OUTSTANDING. NOICE LEVEL IS ELEVATED. BIG OPEN SPACE AND RESTAURANT WAS FILLED TO CAPACITY.

I LOVE Estiatorio Milos! It’s my favorite restaurant in NYC. And I dine out alot. I need to go to this restaurant, which feeds and brightens my soul at least 1-2 times a month to get my fix! Efharisto to the lovely staff for making every visit special! ❤️

When you make a reservation and you tell them, it’s a special birthday for someone and they come back and they say “noted” you would think that it’s been taken care of. When you check in and mention it to them again and they say we’ll let the waiter know you would think that it’s being taken care of. Don’t take anyone here that has a special occasion. As the service is in attentive.

Everything about this restaurant and this experience was spectacular, once we understood where the restaurant is located inside an urban shopping mall. But that description should not dissuade anyone from any neighborhood to venture to Hudson Yards for a marvelous meal in a spectacular setting, with The Vessel and the Hudson River feeling almost within physical reach. Knowledgeable and gracious staff. A daily rotating menu of whole and filleted fresh fish, including some we have not seen on any other menus. And a baklava more subtle and satisfying than any of the hundreds eaten elsewhere. Looking forward to returning.
