Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. Tasting Tuesday dinners include an ever-changing special tasting menu, where you can try smoked pork, scallops, pork tenderloin, polenta, squid ink spaghetti and more. Chef Carly and the Fabian’s crew knock it out of the park for the Lasagna Thursday. We were so excited to try it for the first time for my boyfriend’s birthday. The food itself was not only delicious as always, but the people were so kind and welcoming. This will always be our go to for date nights, celebrations, and anytime we want our comfort foods because it always makes us feel warm and fuzzy to go to Fabian’s.

Had the Sunday supper which was very good. Started with Caesar salad, followed by the Fettuccine colognes and the dessert

Once again a great dinner at Fabian's. Our server, Becky, was outstanding - attentive but not hoovering. The food was excellent. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

Once again Chef Carly and the staff have created an incredible dining experience. We frequent this restaurant and for many reasons. The ambiance, inside or outside, is comfortable and the lighting and setting is superb. The staff is on top of their game, you will never have an empty water glass, and it is clear they work together and you are never rushed. The menu is ever changing, and the fabulous flavors represent this. We are never disappointed at Fabian’s , it is our go to every time.

After dining at Fabian’s twenty or so times, with very good results, last night was extremely disappointing. We were completely ignored for over 15 minutes! Our server, whomever he or she was, did not so much as say hello. The restaurant might as well have yelled “get out! “ at my wife and I. We left and went to another restaurant close by and had both great service and food. We left our waitress a generous tip. We won’t be back to Fabian’s.
