   The food was excellent - congratulations to an innovative chef! Sadly we felt the ambience was more like a roadside diner - and didn't match the excellent standard of food.

   Honestly we have always loved this place but the prices have gotten a bit crazy. The food was cold and when I order a $55 steak I don’t think it should be cut ahead of serving which caused it to be dry and cold. The sablefish portion has decreased by at least 25% since last time we had it. How can wine by the glass be more expensive but specialized cocktails remain affordable. That doesn’t make sense from a cost and staffing effort perspective. Delicious and great ambiance but not sure it’s worth the costs.

   Everything was wonderful, but the fondue cheese could have been made a little thinner. Was rather clumpy

   A wonderful ambience both inside and outside on the terrace. They have a great brunch menu and lovely staff as well!

   Excellence customer service, prompt attention in timely and presentation. Cozy environment and my kids enjoyed the Gingerbread festival case after the breakfast. I am very grateful with Wayne who gave us an appropriate table , Prena who was the Restaurant server for us and the welcoming approach from the Restaurant manager Angela.

   I think this is one of the best places to try in Victoria. Food was great. Pate was a hit as well as the Bison. We ended coming back 2 more times!

   My friend and I had brunch today at Fathom. The food was great with big servings, and the service was beyond my expectations. The restaurant was busy which shows how much it's being patronized. Wayne, the Maître D and our server, Jerome were excellent. The manager Kate was also very friendly and nice. I have already recommended Fathom to my friends after this morning.

    Excellent clam chowder. Wagyu beef bacon burger on the one hand wasn't as fancy as far as burgers go these days, *but* was made (and tasted) excellent. My fellow tablemates enjoyed their meals with exception of the english muffin they both found difficult to cut/eat. Drinks included local booze options -- always appreciated. Pricing was quite fair for a restaurant of this level. It was my birthday and the "gift" was a card with a recipe. Unless the card was edible, I'd rather have had the finished product. Overall, was happy. I'd go back for dinner!
