De service was erg slecht. We werden niet goed ontvangen en al helemaal niet netjes behandeld. We hadden erg grote verwachtingen van dit restaurant maar het viel zwaar tegen. Het eten werd koud geserveerd en toen wij hier naar vroegen werd er erg bot geantwoord.

Het eten, ambiance, en bediening is perferct. Echt een 10+!!!! Maar de muziek van de DJ was veel te hard waardoor we geen normaal konden voeren. Het was echt veel te hard, jammer!

Hadden om 21.15 gereserveerd. In de reservering stond dat de tafel 15 minuten aangehouden zou worden en als je langer dan 15 minuten te laat denkt te zijn dat je even moet bellen. 4x gebeld, niemand nam op. Vervolgens komen wij om 21.32 aan, en is onze tafel vergeven met de mededeling dat we hadden moeten bellen. Aan de bar gewacht op de tafel, er werd vervolgens niet alvast een drankje opgenomen. Moesten hier naar een lange tijd zelf om vragen. Dit is de hele avond door meerdere keren gebeurd. De burrata was erg lekker maar de zalm was aan de flauwe kant. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben had ik persoonlijk meer verwacht. Heel jammer want wel een hele mooie zaak.

I made a reservation to eat here for 3 people and sit outside in a heated patio. We arrived and were sat outside with no heat turned on. We asked the woman helping us to turn it on and she stated she didnt know how but would find someone. We then waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes before we went in and tracked her down. She then gave us blankets but then still didnt send anyone to turn on the heaters. After 15 more minutes with no heat or even an offer for some water at the table, I returned inside to tell a server we were leaving. She said sorry but that they were understaffed. We left without trying one thing and will not be back. Im shocked that the service was that bad.
