Booked for a lunch as part of daughter’s 21st birthday (it asks you to note any special occasion when booking which I did). No acknowledgment at all during whole meal. Food was poor, I had the Arabian grilled chicken and daughter had lamb shank. Took a long time to arrive (restaurant wasn’t that busy). Both left half our meals - chicken was gristly, lamb was average. Presentation was good just a shame it didn’t taste as good. Toilets were shockingly dirty. No staff members asked us if we enjoyed our food or visit (leaving half both of our meals was an indicator). Yes, should have complained at the time but so disappointed just wanted to leave.

Hard to comment when we got nothing.ordered gluten free pancakes, waiter said no problem we gave them. So we relaxed waiting for food and a full half hour later he came back and said sorry we’ve no gluten free pancakes. He said they had nothing gluten free so we had to just leave. Didn’t have time to go anywhere else as we had to get a flight home. So no Mother’s Day lunch for us and they couldn’t have cared less. We were so disappointed.

It was very pretty, and everything was set nicely. The food arrived fast and tasted delicious, and the waiter serving us was very sweet so special thanks to him. All the staff were very sweet as well, and it was a very pleasant experience. It was my birthday and I was given a very nice surprise and it made my day. I would love to visit again soon when I'm free.

The waiters were amazing, very polite and helped us out when needed. We went for a friends birthday and they helped us out by bringing the cake and taking pictures of us. We had an mazing time and will def go back again.

Food was disappointing. The sauce with eggs benedict tasted more like mayonnaise than hollandaise and the chapatis were soggy on the outside, dry on the inside. The price for soft drinks was a bit high. The cafe itself was nice with comfortable seats, but overall, an expensive disappointment.

I had booked a table for a Sunday morning but it ended up being quiet enough we could have walked in. Service was quick, and the food was rich and decadent. The art on the walls was beautiful, and there was a case of lovely looking cakes. The bill was higher than I'm used to, living outside of London. But it was definitely worth it for the food.
