   For a Steak house they need a little more experience in making sure the customer is comfortable and not waiting around for the waiter to show up. My recommendation is that the waiter check in from time to time to make sure the customer is happy. There was a disgruntled customer who didn’t want to pay for her meal and the restaurant did a poor job in containing the matter. So the disgruntled customer was loud and it led to the business to focus too much attention on her and going back and forth. Everyone was uncomfortable. Desert: I wanted to order a dessert but my waiter did not bring the menu or ask if I wanted a desert. I had to stop a bus boy to bring me the menu. Then no one came to ask what we wanted to order. At that time i decided i wanted to leave and asked for the check. The restaurant has potential but they need to be able to troubleshoot and think about all customers.

   Ribeye was on the smaller side. Other than that food was good. Server was not very welcoming. Restaurant wasn’t that busy and we were told everything had to be put in at once when we tried to order appetizers. They ended up not putting our appetizers in when we did order everything.

   The servers were very attentive and my cream spinach was amazing! Regarding seating, I think we were a tad too close to other patrons. Also, I noticed that some of my order was missing when I arrived home. I asked for it to be packed; unfortunately, my mashed potatoes and bread were not in my bag.
