   We frequent this particular Firebirds in Alpharetta. Usually the service is good but that night the service was exceptional. The food is always good and it's a good value compared with other restaurants they're serving the same type food

   Went to Firebirds Grill in Alpharetta for a work celebration. There were 17 of us. Called up in advance and spoke with Joel who was absolutely brilliant in accomodating the number of people as well as providing flexibility to the set menu choices. We hung out at the bar for a while when we first arrived and that space was nicely away from the restaurant seating and aa nice relaxed space. When we got seated at our tables, we were introduced to our two servers who would be taking care of us. Everything was great. With the restaurant seating being a little away from the bar there wasn't too much noise, the meal choices all came out as expected, and everyone had a great time. I am sure we will be back.

   Dinner here with friends was excellent as always. The food was great as always and the service the best. Austin’s always does a great job and we’ve had him for our server before. Always enjoy going here. Never a complaint with food or service.

   This was a great spot for dinner. In town to see a friend and decided to treat her and her parents. There was something for everyone. Plentiful portions and met the dietary need of all. Our waitress was excellent and attentive. Fun environment!

   Restaurant is consistent, the food is good, and the service is good but not great. Price is average for selections. This experience was tainted because I tried the seabass but did not realize the sauce was prepared with cream and the description on the menu was not exactly transparent. Also, server did not share what the seasonal vegetable was. She was sweet, but new which tells me it's a training issue. She was actually the nicest server we have ever had there as a 1x \ month customer over the last 18 months. It is noteworthy that I neglected to ask if the dish had dairy in it or what the seasonal vegetable was, which was my fault.
