   Issues with food allergies. The server was told up front items that could cause issues. But sill food came out with bad items. Took a bit to get servers attention to get it fixed. Ended up finally getting a manager and she fixed the issue. Food was just ok. Seemed like food quality has slipped. Nothing horrible just nothing memorable. For the money there are better places to eat. Our server was friendly and the manager was very nice. We had everything from chicken to salmon and shrimp and steak. Deviled eggs need an acid kick like yellow mustard.

   We had show tickets so they got us served quickly and bill right away. Exxxxxellent service. Food as usual spectacular but what happened to the meatloaf?

   This was a birthday celebration for me with my wife. Strip steaks has to be returned as my medium well steak came to me very rare and my wife’s strip steak ordered medium rare came undercooked and had to be sent back to cook more. When my steak was returned to the table it was missing my loaded baked potato. Had to remind waiter that it was missing. The promised bread with our meal never came. Waiter was slow and never came to refill drinks. Overall we were disappointed as this was to be a special occasion which we did check when making reservation but waiter never asked about dessert. Probably won’t be back

   When I made my reservation, I requested a quiet table. Realizing it was going to be a busy evening so close to Christmas I had low expectations that they would be able to accommodate my request. So, I was delighted when we were seated at the quietest booth in the restaurant. Our dinner was perfect as a result - thanks so much, Firebirds!

   I informed our waiter I had an onion allergy, I asked for NO ONIONS ON MY MEAL. My meal was served with onion allergy over it. I could have needed medical attention if I had not noticed. I sent the food back and said I did not trust another order. I was told it would be removed from my bill. It was not. Note my server was excellent, but definitely frustrated the kitchen ignored his notation on onion allergy. They did take my meal off the bill. I told a manager how disgusting and dirty the counters were. Four of us wrote our names in the dust. One last note. There were about 8 poinsettias sitting around, all dying from lack of water, with leaves falling. This Resturant needs cleaning and a manager who notices the obvious.

    We booked a reservation for 2:30 PM, sadly we ended up dining by 4 PM, not because we wanted to stay but the 3 dishes we ordered were cold after waiting for 30 mins waiting for the food. We decided to give it another chance for the dessert and also was a disappointment that after all the wait for the main course we had to wait for 3 spoons to eat the last meal. Food is OK, Service has opportunities to improve.
