   This was our first time eating inside; the ambiance was relaxing. We have thoroughly enjoyed the patio seating in the past. Daniel was a 5 star server, committing our orders to memory instead of paper. He was attentive and friendly. Tomahawk pork chops were delicious! We will definitely return.

   I ordered a trio with blt salad, sirloin, and brownie. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous. Our server was exceptional. Food was brought quickly and he packaged my extras to bring home. It’s poor manners to scrape a plate at the table, all restaurants should package your food away from the table. He made fresh coffee for us and cleared the table of crumbs before bringing dessert. Great attention to details. High ceilings kept the noise level very low for a busy night. I will definitely go back. There are other items on the menu I’d like to try.

   First time - and likely last time - diners. Service was terrible. Waited over 45 min just to have bread delivered to the table while we were awaiting our food. Waiting over an hour to be served our meal is entirely unacceptable. Food was at best mediocre. We dine out every Saturday evening and are always in search of top quality dining experiences to add into our rotation, but I’m sorry to say Firebird’s just didn’t make the grade. I was rooting for it, too, because it is so close to where we live. Maybe just a bad night but total bill was high enough that it’s simply not worth the risk of giving it another try.

    We were celebrating a birthday with a few friends. Our server, Barbara, was amazing! The restaurant was experiencing heating problems but our group toughed it out. Barbara was kind enough to comp us with coffee to help warm us up. My husband and I split the BBQ ribs, which is generally fall of the bone tasty. Not this time. We had to saw what little meat there was off the bone. But Barbara contributed to the birthday celebration with her outstanding service! We even shared a piece of birthday cake with her! Ask for Barbara - you'll get treated like royalty!
