   We had a wonderful visit to Firebirds in Collegeville PA! My son is a Firebirds fanatic so we planned lunch there as an early Birthday celebration for him since his falls on Christmas Day. The place, the food, the ambiance is all great. But our waitress, Cindy, was the star. She was fun, made great recommendations, and took care of our every need! We will definitely be back!

   All 3 of us had the 3 course dinner with southwest potato soup, sirloin steak and Parmesan mashed potatoes and brownie sundae dessert. The food came out hot and fresh. It was delicious. Server was great, very attentive. Make reservations if you’re planning on going here, it was a Saturday night and very busy.

   Ribs were over priced, served on a plate whit nothing else and kind of bland. Certainly not what I expected!

   Food was excellent and the value was incredible. 3 Course Meal for $40 was well worth it for a starter, steak dinner and dessert. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. Service was great. Only minor complaint is the lighting is a bit bright and harsh for dinner. Overall, excellent experience.

   Decided to grab dinner while we were in the area shopping. Got seated right away, but right next to where to-go orders were packed right by where the food is prepared. This wasn't an ideal location, but not a huge issue. Our waitress spent 80% of her time at the booth near us, as it must have been family or friends. We waited a while for our drinks, waited forever for just some water, and watched as our food sat on the counter waiting to be delivered to us (given we could see it from our seats). She kept apologizing for delays stating it was busy, but once again could watch as she not only chatted with her family eating across from us, but actually sat down with them at one point during dinner. I never had a chance for a second drink, as I was never offered one. Now with all of that, the food itself was amazing. We ordered steak and it was cooked perfectly. No complaints at all there. We didn't order dessert, as we were frustrated with our service. We'll likely come back, as we have dined here before and always had good food. However, service seems to be a hit or miss.
