   Great food, great wait staff!!! Clean quiet enough for a Saturday evening in a packed establishment. Enjoyed myself will for sure return.

   They were very busy. Had B6:15 reservation, but waited about 25 minutes. Ordered wood grilled salmon, grilled vegetables and mixed green salad. Food was very good. However, my salad didn’t come out until after I had my good for about 10-15 minutes. Service was good except for that as far as our waiter.

   My family and I loved our dinner & visit together at Firebirds. Leterica was an awesome server and the food was delicious. We will always celebrate birthdays and other holidays at Firebirds.

   We’re in Collierville for a soccer tournament looking for a great restaurant for my young soccer dude and me. We were fortunate to find Firebirds Wood Fired Grill! Great menu, good food, and excellent service from check in to our meal service. Special shout out to Melissa, our server on two nights! How fun it was that she recognized us on our return visit!    We were seated within minutes of our reservation. The place was very busy but we were taken care of. I loved the food and the service. I plan to order that Blue Cheese Filet again on my next visit.
