   Food is delicious and portions are large - always a great value. Service could use improvement, food took forever and they were not busy. Wasn’t much better when they were busier on our last visit.

   Atmosphere was great for a date night Apps were wonderful as was dessert Unfortunately I can't say the same about the steak.i ordered the Cajun 16oz Ribeye It was way under seasoned and the mashed potatoes had no flavor whatsoever. Hosts were mediocre but our waitress was wonderful. 3/5

   Food is always great at Firebirds! My party of three all had salads: Tenderloin salad, salmon salad and shrimp salad. All were tasty. When very busy it can be loud so keep that in mind if you are looking for someplace quiet.

   Tanner and the floor manager provided excellent and quick service! Steaks were slightly under cooked for both myself and my husband however had wonderful flavor.

   We celebrated my wife birthday. The food was great. Shay that served us did an excellent job. She was curious and very helpful. We will go there again. Thanks Shay.

   This was our first time trying Firebirds, and it certainly did not disappoint. The first thing you see is a great interior. Then you get great service. The serving sizes are amazing, and you will certainly have leftovers for later that day or the next day. My huge berger is coming with me to work for lunch. We are definitely going back soon !

   We came in on 12/15/24 and Beneesha was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! She was by far the best server we have ever had! She was super on top of things, made sure everything was good, made sure we didn't need anything or drink refills and she was super personable and very friendly! Next time we stop in, we are definitely asking if she's working so we can sit in her section again!

    Our server, Leah, was great. My daughters and I had to send our meals back twice. My steak bowl was cold 🥶 and her shrimp and grits were not Cajun at all she then she ordered the French toast, and it was not good at all.The other two guests my husband and brothers meals were good. My husband and I went one night, and it was amazing. Maybe it was an off day, but a remade dish should never come out cold twice. They were also out of the cheese steak egg rolls. I'm very disappointed 😞.
