   Waitress barely came by to check on us and had to be reminded that we would like a second helping of bread. Drinks were not adequately refilled, she never asked us if we would like dessert- seemed to rush us out. Only came to ask if we would like to go boxes—-which was rude. I’ve been to several of Firebirds locations and I’m being overly nice by leaving 2-stars for fair service. Would not choose this location again. Food came out hot and fresh but that was about it

   Poor service and actitude of our waitress. She came late , did not even say hello and only ask for the order, i repeated 3 times my dish, and still she ordered wrong. Took long time to get my food. I was so upset! But then we got Mekah, I hope she is the manager, Must be! , Wooow She is just the best ! I will go back to Firebirds just because of Her! She made sure i was a happy customer Thank you

   Wonderful meal and service was top-notch! The tomahawk pork chop. and charred carrots were delicious.

   Excellent ribeye steak and even better service on a very busy night! It was our anniversary and they made it extra special!

   Disappointing experience. Waiter got a lot wrong, quality of the steak was poor and not well cooked. We visit often but tonight very disappointing.

   Food is very good. Delicious!! We had the salmon, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes (ordered baked potato but did not receive instead of mashed potatoes). Steak my husband had was delicious- cooked perfectly. The disappointment was the portion size of the salmon and steak. Will try restaurant again though based on the quality and excellent presentation of the food.

   Went for Sunday lunch. Our server, Jordan, had just the right pace. She was attentive but not overbearing, adn she was always watching in case we needed anything.

    Our family had reservations for dinner. We were seated out on the patio side. First, the order wasn't prepared correctly. We had two NY strips, both medium. One wasn't cooked to medium, but it was still rare. The other steak magically turned into salmon. Everyone on our table had food but my spouse. The one steak had to be sent back. My spouse waited 20 minutes for food. The two steaks were charred so hard you couldn't eat it. The couple pieces my spouse ate was so salty you couldn't eat it. The shrimp on her plate was salty, too. Normally, we have a good experience but this trip was bad. And we will not be going back for a while.
