    Unfortunately, Firebirds seemed to not be prepared to handle Valentine’s Day weekend. Our server seemed to do well, relatively, but the kitchen was way behind. Our meals took much longer than usual. We were offered and accepted bread two different times but ultimately did not get any. My wife’s ribeye was a very poor cut - and oddly one part of it was well done and the other was blood red (ordered medium rare). Our booth was inundated with fruit flies the whole time to boot. Our server offered to replace my wife’s steak, but we honestly just didn’t want to stay any longer than we already had to because of those flies. It is unlikely we will ever return to this location.

    Over cooked my steak. Under cooked wifes steak. Took almost 30 minutes to be seated even though we had reservation. Took forever to get our replacement steak. They did comp that meal but took so long we had to get our dessert to go. Just expected better from an establishment like this.

    Going to Firebirds is always a great experience. They had some new items on the menu which we tried and were good. The seasoned ribeye was a bit chewy, but the flavor was good. The salad was delivered with the main entree which was cumbersome on the table. It was also really good. All in all it was a nice afternoon out to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

    I was here for lunch on a Friday, and the restaurant was not busy, so noise levels were very low and service was spectacular. The food was very good. I would definitely return to this location.

    We love this Firebirds location. The service is always top notch and the food is delicious. My steak wasn’t cooked to medium as requested but Shay took it back to the kitchen and quickly had it fixed.
