   Always a great Place to Eat. Great Staff, Great Food and the Price is also reasonable. Would rate this better than any Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. Keep up the great work!

   We had a 7:15 pm dinner reservation for 6 on Saturday evening. While our waitress was trying her best and checked on us often it was over an hour before our meals came out. That could have been excused, but our meals came out individually over a 20 minute span. Firebird's is our go to celebratory meal restaurant in Charlotte and the Raleigh area and we were so disappointed. I spent over $245 for an awkward, cold, disjointed meal. I'm not sure what was going on with the kitchen and if asked, our preference would have been to wait to have all entrees served together. No manager in sight-

   This was the second FireBirds I've eaten at in t wo weeks (both on a Saturday night) and by far the most disappointing. I previously ate at the North Hills location last week and it was an excellent experience from the time I arrived with reservations, to the courteous staff, to the excellent and timely service. The food came out hot and fast and was excellent. Reservations and seating at the Morrisville location were great, they immediately seated me and my family. The first disappointment was our waiter who spoke to us as if we were talking to his boys back on the block. This was not the same level of professionalism I experienced at the other location. The drinks and appetizers orders went in and came out quickly, which were the only highlights of the evening. We placed our food order and waited for approximately 30 to 45 minutes for it to come out. Our waiter came by at least three times and said " your food is coming". Same level of customers as North Hills but almost three times the wait for food. The food that did come out was from lukewarm to cold. I requested to see the manager who immediately came over and apologized and said she would correct the problem. They fixed the problem by throwing the food in a microwave and heating it up. My son and I both recognized the food as the food we were previously served. His medium steak was now medium well to well done on the inside, the vegetables were overcooked and the rice pilaf was hard. We were done at that point, our waiter blamed management for not properly staffing the place with the best people on a Saturday night. We did get a a $47 discount on over $250 worth of food and drinks but I didn't go there for a discount. I went there expecting to treat my family, who came from out of town, the same level of experience and quality of food I had at the North Hills location last weekend. I live near the Morrisville location, but I'll drive the extra distance next to get a better quality of food and service.

   As usual, excellent food and service for a fairly reasonable price. Reservations required on weekend nights but that just indicates how good they are. Convenient location and a reliable place for lunch or dinner.

    They were really busy, but that’s understandable. We had a great time. The only negative is that we weren’t able to seat on time because we had to wait for them to clean off tables for us. Also, a few things that we ordered we never got, like my chocolate cake.
