   The shrimp and grits were amazing! We also had the steak Benedict. Everything I’ve ever had has always been great! Don’t miss it!

   My husband and I used to love coming here. The steaks were good for a chain and their apps as well. However each visit has shown some type of decline in our experience, and this last visit made us finally agree that we won’t be returning the firebirds. The steaks were inconsistently cooked, we both ordered medium however my steak had less red but was bleeding like crazy and my husbands was completely raw. The lobster Queso dip was average, absolutely not worth the $18 for a plate full of below average tortilla chips. Overall it was a disappointing visit that has left us not wanting to return. Not to mention their sanitation rating of 93, which even cook out gets way higher.

   The food is consistently good at Firebirds, and the prices are very affordable. However, they overcooked our steaks on both of my visits. They were very willing to recook them, but it's still disappointing to have to wait when the rest of your party starts eating their meals. I also expected them to offer some consolation, but neither time they did. The rest of the service was great and the food and drinks make up for it. But I'll likely skip the steak the next time I visit.

   The food and service was excellent. Even though it was a busy New Year’s evening, our waiter was thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed with little wait time.

   The expense was not worth the meals. Felt rushed to leave even though had reservations at 5pm with very few customers in restaurant. Steaks were not cooked as ordered, too rare; after ordering the 3 course meal that included dessert, told at time for dessert that there was no brownie dessert available. One of the reasons the three course meal had been selected. Will not be returning nor recommending this restaurant.

   Rude server, high prices, slow service, extremely small serving sizes. Same food for half price at olive garden...had a gift card that wasn't applied at leaving, hassle....don't waste your time money and aggravation.

   My Husbands ribeye steak was perfect, baked loaded potatoe delicious, my salmon on spinach salad was excellent - glad I asked for medium rare for salmon! Don't like dry salmon. ( Waiter said they usually prepare medium well!) My Mom's burger was over done- bun wasn't warm- wouldn't get again. But steak and salmon were wonderful!

   Our son was here for the holidays and I made reservations at the Firebird for Christmas Eve. I chose this restaurant expressly for their prime rib which we’ve had in the past. Our reservation was at 6:30. We all ordered the prime rib and were told by our server that they were out of it. He added that they have been serving it all day as part of a special. Needless to say we were beyond disappointed. Why would management run a prime rib special knowing that many would be eating at their establishment that evening?! Wouldn’t it have been prudent to anticipate this obvious issue and simply make more? Even our server pointed that out.
