   Very good food and excellent service. Unfortunately because of the holiday they’d run out of food items as advertised as part of the meal and made substitutions. That was fine but after being informed of three items unavailable, disappointment did set in. Overall the meal was well prepared and delicious. Hopefully next visit all items will be available.

   Great experience, great food, had a good time. Will be back! Ordered 3 course meal and forgot to order dessert at the end.

   We have always loved our meals at Firebirds however this time was a disappointment. We had a reservation and were seated 30 mins post that time. Our server did provide excellent service. Some items served were cold and an entree salad was missing two key items. Our server was helpful in correcting these issues. Flavors and quality just didn’t hit as good as they had in the past. I do hope this was an isolated incident and an off day. One other comment is that the prices had gone up and portions were smaller. We’ll have to give some thought if we’ll return for another shot. I should add that this was a holiday but this place is always busy and packed so a holiday date shouldn’t have been a factor.

   The food was very good, we all ordered steak and it was cooked as ordered. Our server (Jimmy) was very attentive and efficient. The noise level was understandable since it was a Holiday and very busy.
