    Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She had a nice personality which made for a wonderful experience. The food was amazing! My date said he loved his steak. He’s hard to please, so to impress him is amazing. My salmon was cooked to perfection! Great experience over all.

    There was a fly that kept swarming around and landed in my glass of wine, instead of bringing me another glass, the waiter credited me for the wine. I wanted that glass of wine, it was sooo good.

    We had a wonderful holiday lunch. The staff were excellent and attentive, taking extra time to accommodate the 2 year old in our party.

    Hannah was a wonderful associate at Firebird’s. When it is Saturday the atmosphere is great since Firebird’s offers brunch and lunch choices. Hannah was professional, kind and very attentive. We were happy to be there and enjoyed a very relaxing lunch.

    Food is consistently good, but the service on Saturday night was atrocious. Not sure if it was short staffing or poor organization, but it was very uncharacteristic of our previous experiences there.
