Welcome to our unique restaurant with eclectic and conceptual cuisine, attention to details and great service.
Limited number of seats are granting optimal time for best experience through choices of a la cart or pre fix menus with wine pairings from our winery or from extensive international wine list.
Our executive chef de cuisine Nikola Stojakovic came back from working at some of the best 3 Michelin star restaurants in Paris, such as our General Manager Dusan Vranic who came back from NYC where he was leading Beverage programs at some of the finest restaurants at Manhattan.
Our mission is to feed all your senses at Fluer de Sel.

    Ovo je zaista bio užitak za sva čula! Impresivna autorska kuhinja šefa Nikole Stojakovica nikoga ne može da ostavi ravnodušnim. Prijatnu atmosferu u samom restoranu su nam upotpunili ljudi koji su nas služili, Uroš i Marko. Pored divnog ugođaja sa hranom i vinima, imali smo priliku da posetimo i impresivnu vinariju Šapat. Restoran zaslužuje i više od jedne mišelin zvezdice. Čestitamo za prvu i očekujemo drugu sledeće godine. Do sledećeg vidjanja! Sa uspehom!

    We celebrated 40 years of mutual love in the wonderful ambience of the "Fleur de Sel" "Šapat Winery" with the "Chefs Menu Selection" and a selected selection of "Šapat" wines. We love each other further... Janko/Vlasta

    It was our first time to visit fine dining restaurant outside of Belgrade. Oh boy it was such a nice suprice!I found the servers and staff to be a nice blend of attentiveness, professionalism, warmth, and care. And, of course food was simply excellent! Restaurant have a breathtaking view at Danube river and so many nice details in the dining room. Im glad we chose Chefs selection menu, it was such a lovely gastro journey of the finest you can get formed in Chefs suprice courses. We chose to taste few different wines from Coravin selection from the world class wine list. After dinner they supriced us with a special tour visit to the kitchen and winery cellars which is part of the same complex, that was nice touch. Look forward to come back!
