   The concept of this restaurant is fantastic if you’re one that usually can’t make up your mind on what to eat. Little plates are served and nicely presented. Also wine or whiskey comes in flights. You can close as many as you would like but 3 is a good choice. Unfortunately, we didn’t have room for dessert but we’ll be back next time we are in the area. Such a great variety of meats and they had my favorite dish: chicken and waffles. The chicken was sooo tender! Everything was delicious and the service from Reece was impeccable.

   Amazing dining experience! Went here for our anniversary while visiting Memphis. Service was wonderful. Our server Reese could not have been more intuitive and accommodating. He had great suggestions as well as guiding us through the “process”. The concept of small plates allows to try many different dishes. We had beef Wellington and oysters for appetizers-delish. There are suggested flights of 3 dishes but you can pick and choose. We had quail, redfish, filet/scallop all excellent but the standout dish was the Elk tenderloin. We never had Elk before and now wonder if we have it again it will pale in comparison. Chose southern flight for dessert-pecan dessert the fave. I can go on and on lol, just go if you are still deciding:)

   This is our third visit to Flight, and it never disappoints. The food and service are impeccable. It's also a very good value for what you order. We will return in the future.

   Flight met all of our expectations and more. We had a wine flight, a salad flight, entree flights and a dessert flight. It was all AMAZING, especially the dessert.

   The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional as usual. We have never visited and had poor service. We always have had amazing service and our server Kinsay did spectacular. The steaks and food for cooked and presented perfectly. We will again come back.

   Started off with complimentary valet parking (tips are always good). Next up was a welcome greeting at the door. Customer service continued to be great with our fantastic waitress. Overall the customer service is top notch. The food simply stated was wonderful! My wife & I celebrated our anniversary here, we received complimentary glasses of champagne to make the day a little more special. We tried different dishes from different flights for the main course. All were wonderful with a great plate presentation. Followed up with Creme Brule that was 5 stars!

    Great service, great atmosphere, delicious food. The valet parking makes dining here convenient. We really enjoy the decorations this time of year too. Wonderful overall dining experience.
