Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave.     A great meal and great service. Entree and mains came very quickly - almost too quickly - so we were done after only an hour.

    Absolutely amazing experience. Everything was fantastic from the time we arrived until we were walking out. The drink , food, and staff were more than enough could have hoped for.

    Great food. Vension so tender and spices great. Boar gnocchi great as well as pasta dish. Portion size is not too much. Duck confit spices and lentil flavors good but confit a little dry. 0lace us a bit noisy. It was a busy night. Service good. No expresso and could use some more special bread

    Service was good, ambiance good, if a bit chilly probably due to all the windows. Happy hour choices were nice and our dinners were good. Would have liked an alternate to butter on the steak but other than that, an enjoyable meal

    The food was carefully cooked and very flavourful: the neat was delicious and prepared perfectly and so were the vegetables (starters). I would have preferred more side options, but the potato was also very good.
