    I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant, one that exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. Despite arriving 13 minutes before our reservation, we were warmly greeted by the restaurant manager, Vincent. He was incredibly gracious and offered us a private table with a stunning ocean view (originally reserved for six people), even though the restaurant was fully booked. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the evening. Our server was equally impressive—attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the menu. They guided us through each dish with precision, making the dining experience feel even more special, even by Palm Beach standards! Here’s what we ordered: 1.Tuna Tartare – Exceptionally fresh with a vibrant citrusy touch. 2.Truffle Pizza – Hands down the best truffle pizza in Florida. (Seriously, the New York Times should write about it!) 3.Wagyu Steak – Perfectly cooked, juicy, and served at the ideal temperature. Since the portions were quite generous (especially for us Europeans), we decided to skip dessert. But to our surprise, the Chef sent over a special dessert with “Happy Anniversary” beautifully written on it—even though our anniversary had been two days prior! It turns out the manager, in his attentiveness, had informed the staff, making this kind gesture possible. The dessert was divine and the perfect way to end the meal. This was a true 5-star experience in every way. From the service to the food, everything was impeccable. I’ll absolutely be coming back and plan to become a regular.

    Good was excellent, we had Lamb and Chicken and the flavors were exceptional. Paul our waiter we very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every meal option in detail. Service was timely and we had a very pleasant meal.

    We loved our dinner at Florie’s Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach FL. Famous Chief Mauro Colagreco’s and his Chiefs' creation food was delicious. The all food was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and the service was incredibly attentive. We felt truly welcomed and well-treated and will be back soon. The ambiance at Florie’s was just what we needed for a special evening soft lighting, and cozy seating. Our server Mauricio was a phenomenal and managers and rest of the crew as well, Thank you to all for amazing experience 🙏🥰❤️

    We were sat next to a very loud table of 20 somethings. We ordered the octopus appetizer, which was not good. For our 8:15 reservation, there were only 3 entrees of which they had not run out, cutting our available selection in half. We were also served bread that was ice cold in the center. The experience was not up to the excellent standard of a Four Seasons.

    This was my 3rd Christmas brunch at 4 Seasons. The setting is beautiful, the food amazing. There is something for everyone. BUT: The service is not great, and the cost has significantly increased. The greeting at check-in is cold. It takes a long time to get a drink. The staff all seem inexperienced and stumbling. There is now a charge for parking, and the beverage prices are ridiculous for a mediocre cocktail. With the parking and a $22 mediocre gin and tonic that takes 15 minutes, for me, it's now too precious.

    Disappointing Expensive Christmas Eve dinner. The food with the scallops starter option was inedible. The small portion of foie gras was tasty. The Halibut was average . No meat option ? Very good dessert. The $215 per person cost for this meal is excessive. We normally enjoy the food at this 5 Star hotel.
