   Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. We really wanted to like this restaurant because the ambiance is great and there’s an excellent wine list. But our service was negligent and we waited 35 minutes for our bottle of wine. We ended up canceling the order and leaving after a couple appetizers (one of which was only a partial order because the “sold out” of the item earlier). There were only 6 other tables in the restaurant at the time. Hopefully they’ll become more polished as time progresses. Lots of potential!

   I had the duck - a more generous serving than I had expected. The small serving of microgreens was small but very good. The carrot putter under the duck was great The ricotta dumplings were really excellent and rich. I got the chocolate experience dessert which was terrific. The service was excellent. My water glass was never empty. My server was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will be back. Thanks for a wonderful meal and experience!

   Excellent service, delicious food and a comfortable environment. The nicest restaurant in downtown Phoenix. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the accompanying flavors were so good. I’m coming back.

   The food was prepared in a thoughtful and flavorful way, using very fresh ingredients! They know their strengths, but also push the envelope as well. Portions were large; the two of us split everything we got to share the experience!

   A beautiful experience! We were celebrating our anniversary and everyone at Flour & Thyme acknowledged our special day. The pacing of the evening is balanced and although there are others in the restaurant, you are made to feel like the center of their focus. The food is - as always - beautifully prepared and presented - and so delicious. From the starters through to dessert, everything is well paced.

    Everything was fantastic! Food uses simple ingredients but is executed very well and the cocktails were delicious too. Wine list was also great! Nice atmosphere and service completed the night. Definitely check this place out if you’re in Phoenix!!
