   Unfortunately my girlfriend and I had an awful experience at Fogo. It was not our first time here, so we were shocked. I made Valentine’s Day reservations and we were seated immediately upon arrival. We were greeted by a server a few minutes in who took our drink order and set us up for the buffet expierence. Our server then did not return for over 25 minutes and came with one of our drinks (a margarita). We then after another 15 minutes found a server and asked about our drink order. The server forgot to mention that they were out of that drink so I ordered a different beverage. This took another 20 minutes to come. At this point we have been sitting for an hour and maybe 5 different meats came out, which none of them were the requested temperature despite asking multiple different servers.On top of that the steak was unseasoned and underwhelming. The staff was not attentive or responsive to customers requests. When we requested the sides that never came out (mashed potatoes) they were quite literally potatoes that had been mashed with some chives on top, they were gross. We were highly disappointed as it is a $70 per person meal and it did not meet to that standard. The place felt rushed and inauthentic. The fastest service we received all night was when we asked for the check. The server came to check on us every 2 minutes to see if we had filled it. Would not recommend 0 stars if it were possible. Save your money. We have much more cost efficient Brazilian Steak houses in Massachusetts that are quality service and food.

   This place is very expensive which is fine if food and service is good. Which was not the case, it took too long to get a server, the met was basically raw and there was not many times that they served my table, the drinks took FOREVER, I had to ask multiple times about my drinks.

   I’m new to writing reviews so please take this review to heart. First time, and my last time …. Made a reservation for 8:00pm, and the seats I got were in the middle of their walkways. People getting up going to the bathroom, the bus boys, waiter’s, and staff, constantly getting bumped into my chair and table, I was so embarrassed with my date on valentines night that I just wanted to get out. But it gets even worse, waiter finally starts to serve us and try’s to open a bottle of sparkling water… and it sprays my girlfriend in her face. Waiter obviously apologized like 10 times but we forgave him and honestly just want to eat and try the food at this point. So we flip the “ready-card” and the first thing that comes to the table is the bus boy asking if he can take our silverware?!?? We haven’t even eaten any food…. I’v never done a review before and (never thought i would have to) but this was an honest to god joke of an dinner experience for me and my girlfriend. If anyone does read this review, please for the love of god, ask them for a corner table with your date, if not just get up and leave. I left a note on the receipt and took a picture, I hope the staff actually reads it.

   Great experience overall! Only complaint would be we got sat and then there seemed to be some confusion as to which waitress was actually taking our table because we got forgotten about for roughly 15 minutes! After that the service was still a bit slow but the food itself was amazing!

   Overcrowded, was like a money grab for the restaurant. Food was subpar at best. Steaks were too salty, dry, tough and had a lot of fat on them

    Poor service and pacing. Same meat selections coming around. Side options came out toward the end of visit. Most food lukewarm at best.
