   Great restaurant, beautifully decorated and decorated for Christmas. We got seated very quickly and right away our server helped us. Everything was very good and the drinks were great !

   Not exaggerating we waited 21 minutes for a waiter to come by and give us a piece of meat and a refill as well. All the waiters would go to other tables and ignore us. Only one server kept coming in with a different meat. And we always had to tell someone to get a refill on our lemonade. The service used to be good but i don’t know what happened.

   The service was not good and waiters were not serving the table all the time like is expected from a Brazilian Steakhouse (i'm from Brazil). Very few types of meat offered, just a lot of chicken and saudage. Very disapointed with the experience and service... this is not what Fogo de Chão should be.

   Meats were okay Drinks were watery ( brazilian lemonade) Service slow very slow Kept skipping us served some at out table and then would run off

   We used to go to Fogo often both here in Houston and LA. At this visit we were very disappointed. Tables are packed in now and going on a Sat night was crazy. Servers barely had room to moved around and I kept getting bumped from the table behind. The ‘gauchos’ bringing the meat were hustling but didn’t come by our table very often. The salad bar is still very good with an extensive selection but the meat offerings have changed. What used to be very flavorful Picanha is now a bland top sirloin. The filet was overcooked, dry and flavorless and came by our table only once. The pork cuts were good but there was no lamb. The beef rib was very good but there was no rib eye or strip. Chicken offerings came by often and were flavorful.

   Not very impressed. It’s been a while since we ate here (like 10 years) This location is very well kept. Too many tables, so close together. We made a reservation for 6:30, we were not seated until 7:00. The meat did not come around very often. Waiter was great. Food not so much.

    Disappointing Experience at Fogo de Chão I recently visited Fogo de Chão for a 70th birthday celebration, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had there. I opted for the full experience, but it was not worth it. Despite keeping my card on green the entire time, I only received three different meat selections over the course of 1.5 hours. Even after I asked the server to bring a wider variety of meats, no one returned with anything else. As a result, I ended up relying mostly on the salad bar, which, while decent, didn’t make up for the lack of attention to the main course. The service was a major letdown compared to my previous visits. It seemed like the staff wasn’t as attentive, and the experience didn’t feel special at all, especially for a celebration like a 70th birthday. I had high expectations based on past experiences, but this time, the service fell short in a big way. Given how much I’ve enjoyed Fogo de Chão in the past, I’m truly disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning anytime soon, nor would I recommend it like I used to. It’s a shame that the evening, meant to be a memorable celebration, ended up feeling more frustrating than enjoyable.
