We came on New Year's Eve and this location had poor service and there was a terrible selection of food, many dishes were empty or not replaced. Our server was inattentive and did not refill drinks. The experience from the moment we walked in till when we left was one of the worst experiences. The server brought me someone else's check and didn't apologize for her mistake. This was not worth the time and money we spent.

The food and service was impeccable last night given that it was a holiday. My expectations were exceeded. The food and service were phenomenal. I had a perfect New Year’s Eve at Fogo de Chão.! 💕

This was our best experience at FDC in Irvine! For a busy night (NYE) they were on their game with great service! I requested a booth and absolutely loved where we were seated. Close to the bar but also tucked away enough for us to have great conversation at the table and not feel like we were in the middle of everything. The food was on point! And the service was stellar!!

All the meat was pretty gamey tasting which is not something to be expected especially when just eating different cuts of steal. Service is pretty slow considering we were not there during rush hour.

Lunch on a weekday was great! Somewhat less crowded, good pacing of the meat rounds. The market table is excellent, great fresh salad options and a few hot food ones too. If the feijoada isn't out you may be able to ask your server for a portion from the kitchen, which was nice to have. Oh and the cheese bread is irresistible!

I specifically didn’t want the patio and we got sat on the patio which is fine I guess, but they couldn’t turn on the overhead heaters and they were out of propane for the standing heaters which really diminished our experience. Service was absolutely exceptional though. The folks working were friendly, helpful, and outgoing. It would have been an exceptional experience if we got to sit inside or if they could properly heat the patio.

This was our 2nd visit to dine! The food came to the table consistently with gracious service and m waiters. The salad bar never disappoints, to the extent that I need to monitor myself to save room for the main flow of food. The meats were well seasoned and plentiful. We'll be back with the entire family!
