   Did not start off well - even with a reservation it took 30 minutes to be seated and an inquiry to the manager. Host was moving extremely slow and seating walk-in's prior to reservations. When inquired with the manager, she did not apologize for the delay and was rude to our party. The manager did start helping the host and the full lobby of waiting guests to be seated. Once seated the overall experience was great - waiter was excellent and food was delicious. Just really wish the visit did not start off on such a bad start, because otherwise would have received 5 stars.

   It was Christmas Day and they were full with reservations and running significantly behind. Most seemed to be waiting an hour even with a reservation. Part of the problem seemed to be that a table for 10 set empty until a party of ten came up to fill it. The meal was less than the full menu (and that was made clear in advance) due to the crowd. The food was good and service was quick once we sat down.

   Waited 30 minutes for a table. There was an 8-top open for over an hour and they still would not seat a table of 5. No reason to make people wait when tables are open for a “later” reservation. Probably going to find a new place for Christmas dinner next year. I understand the holidays are always busy but there is no reason to make larger groups wait when there are tables open.

   Sure! Here's a polished version of your restaurant review: We visited Fogo de Chão on Christmas with my family, and it was an incredible experience! Although we were scheduled for 2 PM and got seated around 2:40, I completely understood—it was a busy day, and the staff handled it well. Once seated, our server Sean was exceptionally attentive and kind, making us feel very welcome. This was my parents’ and my first time at Fogo de Chão, and it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was absolutely delicious—the meats were perfectly cooked, the salad bar had a fantastic variety, the drinks were refreshing, and the desserts were the perfect ending to the meal. It’s a solid 10 out of 10 from me! I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

   Visiting Fogo De Chao on Christmas Eve has been a family tradition for our family for a few years now. We always enjoy it and the staff is always kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!
