   With a reservation we waited 45 min for a table with 21 people standing at the entrance. Not impressed. Food was good though.

   Being Brazilian, I having been to dozens and dozens of Fogo de Chao around the world. I would consider this facility below average in terms of service and variety. I feel for the poor passadeiros (who try the best they can, and some are not well trained) but there just is not enough people for the volume of people. I went on a Sat evening and the place was packed, as a testament to the value of the offer. I was first assigned a terrible table beside a high traffic area (which is opposite to what I have asked) and later reassigned another table near the salad bar. The second table was fine, but we were ignored for a while. It got better at the end -- I saw some servers trying, but again, not enough staff for the amount of customers. The salad bar is OK, but not great. The meet variety caters to the American taste as well as the serving style. Left to their own devices, passadeiros would just dump a large cut of meat in your plate vs. cutting as thin slice as most Brazilians would prefer so the meet is always warm and tasty. The good news is that there are options for Brazilian BBQ in Vegas -- about another four good choices that I know. I would encourage the customer to try others to compare. I would rate my experience was rated a C -- this time.

   Bar area was closed , so no drinks while we wait to be seated. The salad bar and meats were all good as usual.

   Don't pass the restaurant by just because it is under construction. The restaurant is still serving great food and the customer service is excellent. There is a lot to choose from and there is a salad bar with a large variety of different salads and crudités. The servers walk around and cut freshly grilled steak, chicken and lamb in different flavors and you can ask for medium rare- to well done. It is a fun lunch or dinner out and if you remember to save room for dessert the chocolate desserts were delicious.

   Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chao - Las Vegas with a large group, and I cannot recommend it enough! I’ll admit, when we arrived, I was a bit nervous because the restaurant entrance was under some construction. However, from the moment we stepped inside, any concerns melted away thanks to the warm welcome and incredible service we received. The highlight of the evening was the exceptional care provided by the manager Diogo Piacentini and his staff. Coordinating a large party can often be tricky, but they were not only accommodating but went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From assisting with last-minute seating adjustments to personally checking on us throughout the afternoon, the manager was truly outstanding. The staff were equally remarkable. They handled our group with ease. We also had a few special requests, with some off the rack requests (shrimp), and the team met them with precision and care. Despite my initial worries due to the construction outside, the experience turned out to be nothing short of exceptional. The service was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had, and it made our afternoon unforgettable. If you’re looking for a restaurant that knows how to cater to large groups with professionalism and genuine hospitality, look no further. A heartfelt thank you to Diogo Piacentini and his team for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   I felt the Fogo de Chão as 6 years ago when it was very very good. The last years it was not good anymore, but today for my surprise it was amazing.

    We took our family out for Thanksgiving dinner, fully expecting it to be busy due to the holiday. However, with the ongoing renovations, the space felt extra crowded. As always, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. There were a couple of drink mix-ups—my daughter ordered a Sprite and got carbonated water, and I ordered a Pepsi but was served Diet Pepsi instead. Overall, a good experience despite the hiccups.
