This is actually not about meals at Fogo De Chao, but actually about their recent Wagyu and wine. We have been to many of these before, and they were great. They were always in a back room with a presentation, including slides, and someone talking about the wines. This one was at the bar with no one, talking about the wines. They didn’t offer the appetizers advertised, nor did they come out with the comparison of the Wagyu and prime rib ribeyes. This was incredibly disappointing and worth nothing, more than less the price they charged.

Do not do the Wagyu & Wine event. They ran out of food with around 70% capacity. Steak was mediocre as there was barely any seasoning. There were supposed to be side-by-side steaks. Only one cut was served. We left hungry and disappointed.

Location is good. Food was ok. They only have the standard meats such as top sirloin and flank steak. Even though on the menu filet mignon and bone in rib eye they never bring it out.

Great salad bar. Nice selection of meat. Slight misinformed of the salad bar closing time so we were in a rush to eat and then told we have more time. Will go back.

Very poor service and food selection. They kept bringing around the same cuts… picaña, chicken with bacon, chorizo, and 1 time churrasco. The service very slow, the meats had no flavor. Would rather go to Texas de Brazil any day.

I was very disappointed. Imagine expecting a high end experience and finding a restaurant in disarray with a dining room full of tank tops and flip flops, waiters who barely understood their jobs, wait staff slovenly dressed, and the marquis food bar a complete picked thru disaster. What a shame for the fogo de chao brand and a waste of several hundred dollars for a business dinner. I doubt myself or my client would ever want to go to the miami beach location again.
