   We were in one of the small rooms which was both good and bad. TheGood was that the sound level was low. The bad is that service was a lot slower than in the main rooms. The waiter was great. The meat servers were slow to visit.

   I should have learned my lesson from the first experience a year earlier. But my son likes this place so I took him there again when I visited. However, I will NEVER go back. We were seated on time at our reservation. And again we were stuck in the corner of the restaurant. Our server took our drink order, and that was the last time that we saw him over the next 1:20. The runners would serve the table sitting next to us and then leave without serving us. We sat for 15 minutes with no food on our plates while the table next to us was being served repeatedly. I went to the front and spoke with a female manager, and she directed two servers to stop by our table and then it resumed as normal with servers serving the table next to us and not serving our table. After an hour and fully disgusted at the experience, I tried to flag someone down to get our check. We sat in the corner for 20 minutes before we finally went back to the front of the restaurant to close out our bill. We were then charged full price as though nothing derogatory had gone on. After I told them I was not paying full price they comped one of the meals which I appreciate, however it does not mitigate the fact that I went there to have a pleasant meal that was completely ruined by a horrible lack of service and management. There is no way that I would recommend this restaurant nor will I ever be returning. Not that that’s gonna mean much to this management. If you choose to go to this restaurant, don’t sit anywhere in the corner of the restaurant.

   For a first time experience we had an amazing time the servic was awesome and the food was amazing we were literally in food heaven the only downside I was not offered a Receipt my bill was 146.75 and I left a proper tip paid in cash so I have no proof but I did take plenty of photos 😀 😉

   Of all the times we went to your restaurant, this was the worst! We invited some friends for dinner and we wish we hadn’t gone there! We always love to go there when we have family or friends wanting to try a new place and we always get the Churrasco. But this time was so bad. Nobody was coming to our table and we had to ask several people to get meat sent to us which just is not the purpose of going there. Our cards were flipped on the green all the time and we still were begging to get meat sent to our table. I don’t know if it was the placement. But you guys need to do better when you are busy. Lupe was our server and he was just all over the place. We had to ask for mashed potatoes and all the stuff that usually get sent to the table. It was just so bad and unfortunately ruined our Christmas eve dinner.

   Just a regular place to get regular food. If you’re into quality steaks try somewhere else. However with the salad buffet and the variety it’s a good deal.

   Love all the different varieties of meats and salad bar was great! Unfortunately the high end cuts of meats we only had one change to try(ask for extra when you get your chance) and the lower end cuts were offered multiple times but were chewy so we didn’t eat as much as we wanted too. The waiter was very kind though and gave us two desserts for my birthday so that was a plus!
