   My husband and I went for Veterans Day & it was an actual madhouse, we waited 40 minutes past our reservation to find out they packed the restaurant with more tables than any of the staff or guests could handle. It felt like a food hall cafeteria & the poor staff were clearly overwhelmed and unable to provide even basic service. We sat down, went to the salad bar & when we came back our water had spilled onto our table, ice everywhere , the staff cleaned it up but it was just a mess. Staff members tried to bring high chairs through our area which we ended up having to lift over our table. There was barely any room to walk straight between the tables we had to squeeze through. It felt like a money grab for the company or management or whoever made the decision to seat more than the staff could handle. It completely destroyed the experience & we made the decision to leave before eating. We were excited to try this concept of dining but the ambiance and overall experience of how many people were crammed into this restaurant was cheap, tacky, overwhelming & an insult to the guests who made reservations to celebrate the holiday.

   The staff was wonderful! They explained all of the options and the process. If there was a fatty piece of meat they would make sure to give us a better cut. Wonderful experience! Can’t wait to go back.

   Rafael provided a GREAT first experience!! We were thrilled with the food and the Happy Hour drink menu was an added plus! You can get Happy Hour in the restaurant and it was all night! The meats were so tasty and the salad bar was incredible. Thank you Rafael for making our first experience one to remember and thank you for the excellent service! We will be back!

   Asked for the smoked cheese and lamb chops quite a few times and took at least 20-30 mins. The cheese was cold and the lamb child weee well done.

   On my reservation, I specifically wrote best of Brazil special, when I got to the restaurant, the host notified me that they saw the note for the special and was told to remind my waiter as well. When the waiter came to get our drink order, we told them about the special and they acknowledged it and brought us a different set of red/green cards to indicate that we were doing the special. Upon receiving the bill, not noticing we got charged full price and didn’t realize it until we got home. This is not the first time this happened and I’m starting to think that it is snuck in purposely and they get away with it often when people don’t notice. Update: I did infact contact you guys not once but twice through the website and still haven’t had a response.

   The service was not great. Everyone was very friendly but as an example, my boyfriend ordered a beer twice and both times it took more than 30 minutes for us to get it. The cheese and honey only came around once and only after the table next to us requested it. Other than that, we requested it three times and it never came back around. We were there to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary and were offered free dessert, but everything took so long that we actually chose not to order them and just asked for the check. Also, the bathrooms needed some serious attention.

   The food made me sick, we had to leave 35min into our meal, unfortunately I am in my soon now sick to my stomach.. First complaint aside from that when I made my reservation for the best of Brazil for $39 inwas not told majority of the beef " filet mignon, house special or any steak really " was not included. So we purchased the more experience all you can eat experience and in the time we were there none of those prime cuts were even offered! Horrible experience, not worth the $200 I'm never returning again!
