   I recently dined at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, expecting a top-tier experience given the restaurant’s reputation. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. The food quality was disappointing; several items lacked flavor, and some cuts of meat were overcooked or dry. The service was equally underwhelming. It was difficult to get the attention of staff, and when we did, they seemed rushed and inattentive. Plates were left on the table far too long, and overall, the experience felt chaotic and disorganized. For the premium price point, I anticipated a much higher standard of food and service. Regrettably, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves the overall dining experience. Dec 25, 2024

   We had a reservation but still needed to wait 20-25 minutes to be seated. When the check came, I left what I felt was an appropriate tip for a table of 2, but then was told after the fact that my gratuity wasn’t enough because there was a minimum in place because of the holiday. I don’t really care about that, I would’ve paid it upfront if I knew, but the waiter was oddly trying to intimidate me to pay it. Not a great experience, won’t be back.

   We used to dine here rather frequently prior the pandemic and decided to make a reservation for Christmas dinner as we've always had a very good experience. Unfortunately, this experience was pretty disappointing. Upon arrival we were asked to wait a short while in the outdoor area where a guest came out, wine glass in hand, to smoke right beside us and not a word whatsoever from any of the staff. Once seated at the table, we were asked by our waiter whether we had any dietary restrictions at which we mentioned that we do not eat pork. This had absolutely zero point as every other meat which came to our table was pork related which we politely, and repeatedly, declined. My wife, after stating clearly that she prefers her meats well done, ended up having only the chicken together with items from the salad bar as nothing else was cooked to her liking. Overall, the food, the service and the entire experience was pretty disappointing and ought to have been much, much better. (They brought out recooked leftover steak and gave it to her as well done - burned)

   Awful experience. We tried to walk in and were told that they were fully booked out. We then found out that there were plenty of reservation slots on open table. We got in with the reservation we made right at the spot. However, we weren’t served for at least 45min, and we tried to make eye contact with the staff but no one responded. When we finally got out from our table to approach them and asked, they realized that they didn’t assign any server to our table. They also forgot about our drinks. The wait time was too long and the food was so average.

   The servers we had, Mo and Joana, were great but my friend asked for her meat to be prepared well done and we both don't eat pork so we ended up waiting over 30 minutes to 1 hour for a 5 pm reservation which was disappointing foodwise. I would have just ordered the salad bar since it's actually really yummy and has lots of healthy options

   This was my first time ever coming to Fogo de Chão and I chose to come here for my birthday and customer service was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and answered all of our questions, I will definitely come back again and try something new!

    I had a reservation for 7:30 PM, and when we arrived, we had to wait about 45 minutes before being seated. I understand that it was a bit busy, but people who came after us were seated before us. Additionally, we were not receiving enough meat at our table. We requested lamb chops right after we were seated and informed about five different staff members, but we still did not receive it. I eventually told them never mind and that we were ready for our check, at which point they brought me one tiny piece of lamb chop. The service was terrible and overpriced.
