   I love Fogo de Chao but this location is very bad. Need an urgent a renovation. They didn't even have tablecloths on the tables or cloth napkins. The tables were old and dirty. Hygiene was compromised.

   During our family's annual Christmas vacation, we chose this restaurant for a festive dinner and made reservations in advance. Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time before being seated. Once we were at the table, everything seemed fine until we were only offered sirloin and sausage and discovered there were only four meat options available vs the 14 advertised in the churrasco experience. I’m so confused as to why this information wasn’t communicated to us beforehand especially given the experience was $59.50 per person. Additionally, I expected some form of apology or price adjustment given the limited offerings and several members of my party were unable to eat. (They didn’t even have chicken or non beef options available although advertised in the menu) . If you're planning a special gathering with a large group (we were a party of 12), I would recommend looking elsewhere. I was truly disappointed with both the food selection and the level of service, particularly on Christmas. There are better places to spend your money!

   The market table was messy. The manager needs to keep market table in better condition and consider better placement. For instance, the salmon was falling into the basil dressing. The fruit was placed in more than one area and the cleaning of spills needs more attention. The meat service was plentiful.

    We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I noted that in the reservation and we notified the waitstaff. It was not acknowledged during dinner. We also didn’t get the opportunity for at least 5 of the meats. The restaurant also had a very restroom-like smell. It was not our normal experience. We love the Houston location and this wasn’t like that.
