   Service was terrible! Food was fine. This was a birthday celebration and this was noted as such in our reservation but absolutely no attention was paid to that whatsoever. Really disappointing experience. We definitely will not be returning.

   If it wasn’t for our server, I would have given a higher ratings! The food was great, all the other employees were helpful and nice. Our food was delicious! Our server, however, was not attentive, we had to constantly ask/remind her about our drinks. Luckily, my drink was delicious (Cleanr sour). You could tell she did not want to be there.

   The all day happy hour is a great deal. They did decrease the portion sizes for the sliders and lamp chops but it’s still a relatively good value.

   Had a lovely time! Manager went out of his way to accommodate a gift card my granddaughter won at school. We will be back. Had a fun evening 😀

   Took 4 teens here and they were thrilled! We had a magical experience, the cheese with honey was a particular highlight. It was definitely loud in there, but in a vibrant way. Service was very thoughtful and attentive, especially our server Sol was excellent!! Would definitely recommend a reservation (especially for a large group) cause there was a line to get in when we arrived. We will be back!!

   Maybe the host was new and so that would explain the weird seating experience we had. After seating however every staff member was wonderful and the food was delicious.

    Had to return undercooked Chilean sea bass. Chilean sea bass was cut thin vs Manhattan location thick and juicy. Same goes for Salad bar fruits. Variety at Manhattan location.
